Melissa joined the FPA in 2013 and has worked in events for over 20 years, including in higher education where she organised exhibitions, conferences, and training across the UK and overseas.
Melissa is responsible for organising FPA events and our participation at industry events, as well as looking after speaker engagements. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Tourism and Hotel Management.
